IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION

  1. You may have heard that Dot Mobile was placed into administration on 18th March 2008. What you might not know is that Dot Mobile phones always ran on the Vodafone network anyway. Now Vodafone Ltd have reached agreement with the administrators (Smith & Williamson) to continue to manage the Dot Mobile customer base.
  2. Over the next couple of months Vodafone will be moving all Dot Mobile customers onto their systems. So now they'll not only be providing your network, but also managing your account and sending you your bills as well.
  3. Don't worry, your mobile number will stay the same and there'll be no interruption to your service.
  4. It's worth noting that your terms and conditions will remain the same.
